Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Graceleaf Elixirs, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, with those placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays processed the next business day. We ship only to U.S. addresses in states where hemp-derived THC beverages are legal; any orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded. Shipping methods include Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days), with rates calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

 

Because our products contain hemp-derived THC, an adult 21+ signature is required upon delivery, and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@graceleafelixirs.com with photos of the damage. If tracking shows “delivered” but your order is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier first, then our team for further assistance. Order changes or cancellations may be made within 2 hours of purchase; after that, we cannot guarantee modifications before shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@graceleafelixirs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

 

In approved cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not provide refunds for products returned without prior authorization, for orders shipped to restricted states, or for delays caused by the carrier once an order has left our warehouse. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will always work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
